Best Practices
HealthCap Risk Management Services provides risk prevention consultation to member facilities throughout the United States. As a value added service to our members the HealthCap Risk Management Services website will now include the most current “best practices” introduced to reduce risk.
Many best practices are introduced by regulatory agencies to address a recent event but serve a dual purpose, that of meeting regulatory requirements while reducing risk within your centers. There is always more to learn regarding how we as providers can improve the quality of care and safety for our residents and sharing this information will assist in that process.
Feel free to duplicate the information you find helpful and share this information with the interdisciplinary team within your centers. We also welcome comments from our members and encourage the sharing of best practice documents that you may currently be using.
