The American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) bestowed this honor on 263 skilled nursing care centers and assisted living communities. Applicants for the Bronze Award level used the Baldrige Excellence Framework to develop an organizational profile that encompasses their “mission, vision, and key factors that lead to success”.
