Puzzle of Positivity
In these trying times, Rose Lane Home in Loup City, Nebraska has chosen to focus on optimism and teamwork to bring light to their facility. Their home office has diligently worked to make this experience the best it can possibly be, and added in some fun and creativity whenever they could. One of their inventions has been the ‘positivity puzzle,’ displayed prominently for all to see. Each unique piece features something positive that has come from events surrounding COVID-19, or an uplifting message for the reader.
These heroes are also deserving of a shout-out for the effort they have taken to come together as a team. When asked questions, there is rarely a differing answer, as they have actively recognized how important it is to have everyone on the same page. Administration is amazed and immensely proud of the teamwork their staff has shown. With so much growth both “as a team and a family,” they are a wonderful example of HealthCap Heroes banding together to keep their residents safe and smiling. As the news and constant changes can be overwhelming and tiring, Rose Lane says they have “weathered this storm to come out even stronger,” and we would like to recognize them for all the hard work it took to do so.
