Premier Estates of Toledo

If this pandemic has shown us anything, it has proven that the long term care community is full of selfless individuals willing to step up and provide a light in the midst of uncertainty. Our next HealthCap Hero, Tanesha C., was recognized by management at Premier Estates of Toledo for rising to the challenge and demonstrating what it means to be a hero to her residents every day. Check out their story below:

Tanesha C. is a certified nurse’s aide at my facility. She has been with us just about a year but has been a nurse’s aide for several years. Tanesha has a heart of GOLD! Her dedication to our residents through this pandemic has been unwavering. Through countless changes to procedures and finding our new normal, Tanesha has made it a point to make every resident feel as if they are the only one in the world. She has worked extra shifts to provide care, trained other staff, and lead the team morale building. Tanesha has gone above and beyond in her job to be the light at the end of the COVID tunnel for our residents and staff. The joy she brings to everyone’s life is unmeasurable. Her inspiring work ethic, dedication to dependent adults, and engagement with the facility make Tanesha one of the best!
